Light Cruisers are a part of the cruiser class and serve the main purpose of being a long range, multipurpose vessel, which navies could deploy for various tasks. It gained popularity especially amongst great powers with the arrival of colonies and the sudden need for fast, long range and capable ships to defend assets and impose power.

A Light Cruiser may be between 3150 and 8795 blocks.
- At least 2.5 - 5% must be redstone.
- At least 30% must be concrete.
- Not more than 22% of the total blocks may be terracotta.
- Not more than 10% of the total blocks may be chests or barrels.

A Light Cruiser may carry an armament of:
- 8x 6inch Naval Gun
- 6x Anti Aircraft Guns
- 4x Depth Charges
- 4x Torpedoes

¶ Piloting
To pilot a Light Cruiser, you may use the command /pilot Light Cruiser while standing on an eligible Light Cruiser. Alternatively, you may right click a sign on the craft that has Light Cruiser written on the first line.
¶ Fuel
Light Cruiser is fuelled by Coal, Charcoal, Blocks of Coal, and Blocks of Charcoal placed inside an on-board Furnace.
¶ Tips and Examples
Light cruisers are the intermediate between the Destroyer and Battleships, therefore being ideal to act alone as singular vessels.
It‘s perfect for interception of vessels, fighting destroyer or frigate class ships and as a screen for Capital ships.
