Heavy Cruiser is fuelled by Coal, Charcoal, Blocks of Coal, and Blocks of Charcoal placed inside an on-board Furnace.
Heavy Cruisers are ideal to be utilised as Coastal Protection against other heavy vessels, without having to invest the resources for a battleship.
