Frigate is fuelled by Coal, Charcoal, Blocks of Coal, and Blocks of Charcoal placed inside an on-board Furnace.
A Frigate is a effective mean of having both offensive and defensive aspects within one vessel. Being able to participate in naval battles due to more guns and torpedos, but also being small and cheap enough to be used by small nations for costal defense.
You can use coal blocks as a fuel for ships, making the need for refuelling less often.
