The Corvette is a military vessel of a small size, traditionally serving in costal protection, escort and transport duties. It‘s equipped with a very small armament making it of limited use in naval formations, but a cheap and effective solution to protecting a nations coastal waters from submarines or trade vessels.
It‘s high speed of 18bps and depth charges make it perfect for anti-submarine warfare. The fuel consumption is also the lowest amongst all naval vessels with only 0.25 consumption, putting it‘s operation also among the cheapest defensive crafts.

To pilot a Corvette, you may use the command /pilot Corvette
while standing on an eligible Corvette. Alternatively, you may right click a sign on the craft that has Corvette
written on the first line.
Corvette is fuelled by Coal, Charcoal, Blocks of Coal, and Blocks of Charcoal placed inside an on-board Furnace.
A Corvette is cheap and small. This is perfect if you plan to have defensive only navy, as you can deal damage to surface vessels, submarines and merchant ships.
Using Coal Blocks can help increase range and reduce the need to refuel more.
